We collect the minimum information needed to operate the website, panel, billing, and gateway provisioning. Payment details are handled by Stripe. If you submit feedback, we may store your message and (if you allow capture) a screenshot of the current page to help debug issues.

1. WHO WE ARE

CLAW_HOST is the data controller for personal information processed through the website and panel. Contact: contact@claw-host.io.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

Account data: name (optional), email, and authentication/verification metadata.

Billing data: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Service operations data: gateway status, provisioning events, and configuration needed to operate your gateway.

Support and feedback submissions: message text, feedback type, page URL, user agent, and (if you allow capture) an optional screenshot.

Logs: high-level logs required to debug outages, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To provide the Service: authenticate users, provision gateways, and deliver features in the panel.

To process billing and subscriptions (via Stripe).

To secure the Service: detect abuse, enforce acceptable use, and maintain reliability.

To respond to support requests and investigate feedback submissions.

Contract: to provide the Service you requested (account, gateway provisioning, panel features).

5. SHARING AND SUBPROCESSORS

We use third parties to operate the Service. Depending on your usage, this may include:

  • Cloudflare: CDN/security and traffic routing for public domains.
  • Stripe: payments, subscriptions, and billing portal.
  • Resend: transactional email delivery (verification, notices, support notifications).
  • Infrastructure providers: servers, networking, and managed services required to run the gateway and control plane.

We share data only as needed to provide the Service and for security/compliance.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some subprocessors may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections and standard contractual clauses, to the extent applicable.

7. RETENTION

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Account records: while your account is active, plus a reasonable period for dispute/security handling after closure.
  • Billing records: as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
  • Support submissions: retained to track and resolve issues (including screenshots, if provided).
  • Security logs: retained for a limited period to detect abuse and maintain service integrity.
