TERMS_OF_SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of CLAW_HOST, including the panel, billing, and managed gateway provisioning.

Effective date: 2026-02-16
SUMMARY

You are responsible for how you use the Service, including what your OpenClaw agent does, what skills you install, and what third-party accounts you connect. Illegal activity and abuse are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination. We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and limit liability to the extent permitted by law.

1. DEFINITIONS

CLAW_HOST, we, us: the Service operator providing a managed control panel and gateway provisioning.

Service: the website, panel, APIs, gateway provisioning, billing integration, and related features.

Panel: the web dashboard at panel.claw-host.io.

Gateway: the provisioned runtime (VM/container) that runs OpenClaw and installed skill binaries.

OpenClaw: open-source agent software that may be installed and run on the Gateway.

You, User: the individual or entity using the Service.

2. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions performed through integrations and automations.

You must secure your credentials and connected accounts (email access, panel login, any API keys you provide in Settings).

3. THE SERVICE

The Service provides a managed experience to deploy and operate an OpenClaw gateway in a private network, including: provisioning/redeploy/destroy actions, billing via Stripe, and configuration of integrations, skills, and provider keys.

Some actions are destructive. For example, REDEPLOY may destroy the current gateway VM and create a new one. STOP/DESTROY may deprovision runtime services.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE (NO ABUSE, NO ILLEGAL USE)

You agree not to use the Service (including your Gateway, agent, skills, and integrations) for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. This includes, without limitation:

  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, spyware, ransomware, or any attempt to compromise systems.
  • Unauthorized access, scanning, exploitation, or intrusion into networks, devices, or accounts you do not own or do not have explicit permission to test.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or behavior that violates third-party platform terms (Telegram/WhatsApp/etc.).
  • Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, or harmful content.
  • Illegal content distribution, exploitation, or violence facilitation.
  • Attempting to bypass limits, security controls, billing, or service access restrictions.

Enforcement: We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately (without notice where required for safety or legal compliance) for suspected abuse, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

5. AGENTS, SKILLS, AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

You provide prompts, configuration, API keys, and connected accounts. Your agent may produce outputs and take actions based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for:

  • How you configure your agent (purpose, personality, automations).
  • What skills you install (including skills sourced from third parties, registries, or repositories).
  • How you use integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) and compliance with their terms and applicable laws.
  • Reviewing and validating outputs before acting on them (AI systems can be incorrect).

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for what OpenClaw, your agent, or installed skills do. The Service provides infrastructure and tooling. You must supervise and control your agent, and you assume all risks arising from its use.

6. BILLING, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Plan features and limits may vary by plan and billing interval.

7-day money-back guarantee: where offered on the marketing site, you may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase for the applicable subscription. Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or violations of Acceptable Use.

7. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

Upon termination, access to the Panel and Gateway may be removed and resources may be deprovisioned. Some records may be retained as required by law, for billing, dispute resolution, or security purposes.

8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (including UK consumer protection laws, where applicable).

9. GOVERNING LAW (UK)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. To the extent a specific jurisdiction is required for interpretation and venue, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
